Booking & Customer Service


Please kindly note that at the time of booking your first appointment, a debit card number is required to secure your booking. We do not take anything from your card at this stage. Treatment fees are payable either in person - in cash or by debit card. However, if you do not have any cards, a non-refundable cash payment is required, at least two days prior to your appointment.


At least 24 hours' notice is required. For late cancellations the same day 50% will be charged. For failure to attend without any prior notification, the full cost of the booked treatment will be charged.

Gift Vouchers

These may be used in full or part-payment and 'topped up' for a single treatment or a combination of different ones and must be produced at the time of booking your appointment. If your Gift Voucher value is greater than the cost of your treatment, you may carry the remainder forward to another time. No change can be given.

A receipt will be given for every payment by whatever method. In addition, a receipt is produced by the electronic terminal for all card payments, whether made in person or by telephone, and we give you the customer copy.


We recommend that you leave your jewellery at home as we cannot accept any responsibility for your property.
